Entering
Mine to accumulate hashrate, then spend it on entries at 1 HR = 1 ticket. Tickets are only good for the iteration you buy them in.
The cycle
Each iteration runs about 7.5 days. When the timer hits zero the draw happens and a fresh pool starts building.
The draw
21 winners are drawn, at most one slot per wallet. More tickets raise your chance of taking a slot, but cannot win you two.
Two legs, one curve
The pool is held in USDC and cbBTC. Each leg is split independently by the same rank curve, so every winner is paid in both.
Pari-mutuel EV
EV per ticket is the payable prize divided by total tickets. The more tickets in play, the thinner each slice, so late entries into a crowded iteration are worth less.
Two funding sources
The prize builds from an epoch slice of every deploy, plus a roll-in from each Sat Strike pot when it fires. So strikes add to the epoch draw on top of the deploy fee.
