An Affiliate account carries no registration date and a referral binding carries no timestamp, so neither series can be backfilled — both accrue from the first poll that saw them. SatRush's own first_deployed_at is the exception and is used where the API has been read: it is the real conversion date, and it is what the detail table above sorts on.
